Boarding Requirements

Requirements for Dogs: 

• All dogs must be up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella). 
• Bordetella must have been given within 6 months, if not one can be administered at the time of drop-off. 
• Pet must have a negative fecal within the last 6 months, if not one will be performed at the time of drop-off.
• Puppies must have 1st round of vaccines to board or enjoy our daycare.
• Pets must be up to date with heartworm prevention. 
• Pets must be free of fleas and ticks, if found, pet will be given an entry bath, and we will administer oral flea prevention at an additional cost to the owner. 
• We recommend that all pets are spayed or neutered for their health and safety, we will accept unaltered pets at an additional $8 per day to ensure separate walks and play time.
• If your pet wears a prong collar or a shock collar, we ask you remove them prior to drop-off and provide a regular collar. 
• If your pet has been medically exempted from receiving vaccines, please contact us prior to your stay and provide us with an exemption letter from your doctor. 

Requirements for Cats:

• All cats must be up to date on vaccines (Rabies, distemper, and FELV)
• All cats must have proof of a negative FIV and FELV test. 
• Kittens must have 1st round of vaccines.
• Pets must be free of fleas and ticks, if found, pet will be given an entry bath, and we will administer oral flea prevention at an additional cost to the owner. 
• We do accept FIV and FELV positive cats at an additional charge of $5 a day to ensure proper sanitation requirements are met. 

Medications: 

• If your pet requires any daily medication, we will be happy to accommodate for a small fee. For the safety of your pet, all medications must be clearly labeled in their original packaging and accompanied by documentation from your vet that includes dosage and strength like a drug label or discharge sheet. 

Check-In and Check-Out Times: 

• Check in 
  • Monday - Friday from 8am-12pm
  • Saturdays from 9am-11am 
• Check-Out on 
  • Mondays- Fridays from 1pm-4pm
  • Saturdays from 9am-11am 
• Closed on Sundays and all major Holidays.

Personal Belongings:

• Please label your personal items. 
• You are welcomed to bring bedding to make your pets stay more comfortable. However, we cannot be responsible for the condition of the bedding during their stay. If we notice the pet is beginning to destroy their bedding it will be removed. 
• Soiled, wet, or dirty bedding will be removed, bagged, and our bedding will be provided at no charge for the remainder of their stay. 

Deposits: 

• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking which will be credited towards the total at the time of check-out. 
• The deposit is refundable as long as the canceling is done 3 business days before check in. 
• For boarding reservations longer than 2 weeks, half of the total amount will be required at the time of check-in.
